New site is mostly up and running

I've been spending the past week bouncing between playing with my kids and their new toys, finishing a room in my basement for my wife, and putting together this site. The site uses Drupal. It's a bit intimidating at first - but that is mostly because of the flexibility. The vast majority of the time I've spent has been on the LFS Map.  I think it turned out pretty cool, but it was tough getting there.  The components necessary to make it work were clearly written for use in US-centric sites.  I know from my time at fishforums.net and other places that there are a LOT of serious fishkeepers in many other countries, so it absolutely had to work for non-US locations.  I am in the process of packaging up all of the fixes and changes I had to make to get the site to work and will be submitting them to the drupal project later this week.
I have some more cool ideas for the site, but I have to find or develop the software to implement them, so it could take some time.  In the mean time, I hope that the site is somewhat useful to you.

Best wishes for 2008,
Jerry
