I was wondering I have a brand new Sterilite 106 QT. Plastic container it is clean My question is could I put my babies from mollies ,guppies,swortail in that so they would grow quicker.
I have them right now in two 2 gallon plastic tank at 72 degrees and 2 gallon vase the vase has a small filter and heater76-80 degrees with about 2 white mollies 2 black mollies and an algaeeater 1-inch & a snail The 2 gallon plastic tank has undergravel filters and one has 6 guppies gold snail and the other has 2 swordtails and 3 mollies and maybe a platy and snail and they seem to grow for a couple of weeks but now they seem that they are not growing now.They are maybe 1 month old about 1/4in.big.I feed them crush up bettamin flakes,freeze dried brine shrimp and sometimes cook egg yolk.
So my question is;
1-Could I put all those babies(around 16 1/4 babies livebearers) in that 106 Plastic container?
2-Could I put in a 50 watt heater in it with 2 box small filters in it? I do have a couple of them. and I do have a submersible filter for up to 10 gallons.
3 Is this a good idea?
